Issue: GPS is not working

Potential Fix:
– Check in Settings > Privacy > Location Services and make sure your “Location Services” is toggled on at the top. Then, check the other settings to make sure nothing important has been accidentally toggled off.
– Sometimes a phone case can affect your GPS signal. Remove your phone case and try again.
– You can try resetting your network settings via Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Don’t worry, this doesn’t reset your phone, but you will have to re-enter some passwords and set-up your network connections again after this.
– If none of these solutions work, it is most likely a hardware issue. You can bring it into one of our shops and we can replace the GPS antenna for you.

Issue: Can’t receive or send iMessage texts.

Potential Fix:
– Turn iMessage off and on. You can do that by going to Settings > Messages > iMessage.
– Make sure that the contact that you are messaging, isn’t blocked. To check, go to Settings > Phone > Blocked.
– If you have an older device that you used iMessage on previously, try to turn off your iMessage as well as sign out of your Apple account on that device. To sign out of your Apple account, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and tapping on your Apple ID, then choose to sign out.
– If the issue still persists, try to reset your network settings by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
– If the issue still isn’t fixed, you could potential try to factory reset your phone, but that will erase all your data off your phone. If you attempt this, make sure to backup your phone on your computer first. To factory reset your phone, go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
– Contact Apple Support, or take your phone to an Apple Store to get it checked.

Issue: iPhone 6 is slow and lagging

Potential Fix:
– You can try a hard reset on the phone to see if that will fix anything. To hard reset, you hold the Sleep/Wake button (power button) and the home button simultaneously, until the phone shuts off and the apple logo appears.
– If the first option doesn’t help, you should try performing a factory reset and restore your phone from a backup.
